Rachel Perry enrolls at Tufts University

This fall more than 1,300 undergraduate students from around the world began their first year at Tufts University, located in Medford/Somerville, Mass.
They include Rachel Perry, of Bainbridge Island, WA.
"This is a class with intelligence and personality, a group of students with a wide and sometimes unexpected set of perspectives and backgrounds," said Lee Coffin, dean of undergraduate admissions, at the Class of 2019's matriculation ceremony.
Tufts University, located on three Massachusetts campuses in Boston, Medford/Somerville and Grafton, and in Talloires, France, is recognized among the premier research universities in the United States. Founded in 1852, Tufts enjoys a global reputation for academic excellence and for the preparation of students as leaders in a wide range of professions.
